Jeffrey Bryan

Jeffrey Bryan is an education professional, youth-development advocate, public speaker, and founder of Shift & Succeed LLC. A product of the Hackensack Public School system, Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Felician University in New Jersey. He is pursuing a Master's degree in Ministry Leadership from Pillar College.

Throughout his academic and professional journey, Jeffrey has demonstrated a strong commitment to student advocacy, leadership, and community impact. While attending Felician University, he served in multiple student-leadership roles, including Student Government Association Vice President, and received recognition for his service, leadership, and contributions to campus life.

Jeffrey currently works with the Paterson Public School District, where he supports student growth and success in an educational setting. He previously served as a mentor in the Upward Bound Program through Passaic County Community College, where he was recognized as the 2024 Mentor of the Year for his dedication to guiding, encouraging, and empowering students as they prepared for their academic and personal goals.

As the founder of Shift & Succeed LLC, Jeffrey uses his experience in education, mentoring, youth programming, leadership development, and public speaking to support students, schools, organizations, and communities. His work focuses on helping young people build confidence, strengthen leadership capacity, clarify their goals, and develop the practical skills necessary to thrive.

Jeffrey is an accomplished presenter who has delivered keynote addresses, conference presentations, commencement remarks, and youth-focused workshops. Known for his engaging, relatable, and purpose-driven communication style, he connects with audiences through messages that inspire action, personal growth, and lasting success.
